Aussie Riser

Now 3 years old, first made with freshly ground rye. I keep 2 going - a rye starter and a whole wheat (freshly ground) one. I often (actually usually) use a mixture of the two when baking.

My second starter, much more robust than the first. Was raised on Aldi white flour and loves it. Goes ballistic with anything more exotic. Highly recommended.
