I have an active starter to share with anyone wanting to start baking sourdough bread. My starter is a young just 17 months old made by myself from water and flour only. It may be young but it sure makes wonderful bread. I bake bread on average 3 times a week so my starter is fed and working well its actually very robust. I would love to pass on some starter. I will warn you once you get into making sourdough bread it does become an addiction. And once you’ve eaten sourdough bread you will never go back to a commercially made loaf.
